1. Working principle of spiral cooling tower
The spiral cooling tower increases the contact area between air and water through a uniquely designed spiral structure. Its working process is roughly as follows:
Water flow: The hot water at the top of the cooling tower is evenly sprayed through the nozzle to form water mist, which gradually descends through the spiral water flow path.
Airflow: The air flow is usually guided by a fan in the spiral tower. These air flows are intertwined with the water flow and take away heat through evaporation.
Evaporative cooling: When the water evaporates, the temperature of the water decreases, and the remaining cooling water is recovered and recycled again until the desired cooling effect is achieved.
