The AOCNO Multifunctional Bread Making Production Line consists of the water chiller, removable dough mixer, dough chunker, dough divider, dough rounder and dough moulder.

The output of the water chiller can reach 500L/h. The temperature of the water can drop to 3-5 ℃. The water chiller is made of the 304 stainless steel. It can reach the food safety quality standard. It is equipped with the 304 stainless steel,100mm PU insulation layer,automatic water metering controller and USA refrigerating machine, R404 refrigerant. Thus it can work efficiently.

The Removable Dough Mixer is made of carbon steel and 304 stainless steel. The mixer can set more than 10 kinds of mixing procedures. It can deal with both liquid and powder material. It reserved auto powder mouth, and water inlet, can be connected to the automatic powder and automatic batching system. It can truly free the labour use .

The dough chunker is made of 304 stainless steel, and can hold 500L capacity. The smart cutter can cut the dough into pieces accurately. Then it can transported into the dough divider, which uses the vacuum exhaust system. It has equipped with the Siemens PLC 9 inch touch screen, which can set the mould easily. As for the dough rounder, it can deal with the dough 500 - 1200g.When the dough has been dealt with, then it can be made into the shape of hamburger, hot dog, bread, bun, toast, bun, baguette and rusk bread.
