AOCNO electric heating tunnel oven has been in production for more than 37 years and has a reliable all-weather production record.
The design is flexible and efficient, and can be used continuously for decades. The oven is suitable for all kinds of products, from buns to bread, cakes, moon cakes and pastries.
There are two basic models of tunnel ovens, depending on the temperature range required: a normal temperature of up to 320°C (610°F) or a maximum temperature of 500°C (935°F)*.

ENERGY SAVING TECHNOLOGY
The AOCNO tunnel oven is made of super-insulating material, which ensures that the heat dissipated from the oven is very limited, making the outside relatively cool. The outer shell is made of stainless steel, and our ovens are world-renowned for their advanced technology and energy efficiency
The tunnel furnace is heated by tubular elements with double heating spirals. They are specially manufactured for each oven to maximize heat control and element reliability. The oven uses an average of 12 elements per meter.
The components placed on the top of the oven chamber and under the belt can be easily accessed from the side.
For some products, especially when baking in tin cans, the air circulation and radiation of the turbo fan should be combined
Heat is suitable. In this case, the oven is equipped with a turbine zone. In a mesh belt oven, the hot air is forced through the belt, while in a solid steel belt oven, the hot air is blown horizontally along the area.
The turbine zone can shorten the baking time, reduce the use temperature, and make the color more uniform. With adjustable fan speed, the best turbine effect can be achieved.
In an oven equipped with a steam system, the first part of the oven contains a steam diffusion box made of the highest grade stainless steel. Valves with indicators are used to adjust the proper flow of steam.
The number of photocells controlled and/or steam/hour systems can be added.
OVEN CONTROL SYSTEM
The PLC touch screen is designed to be easy to use and provide the best overview and control.
In addition to temperature adjustment and oven control, the touch screen also comes standard with recipe processing, alarms, log functions, and Internet connection.
BELT DRIVING SYSTEM
The frequency converter controls the speed of the drive motor, and the sturdy belt drive system provides the best reliability and accurate baking time. Long ovens and ovens for heavy products are equipped with dual drive systems, each with its own motor.
