The toast production line are consist of water chiller, removable bowl dough mixer, hydraulic cylinder turning machine, dough divider, dough rounder, intermediate proofer, toast moulder, auto swing proofer, lidding machine, tunnel oven , lid off machine, bread depanner, bread conveyor, sprial cooling tower, sorting conveyor, slicer & package, back trays conveyor and mold storage.
The water chiller is made of the 304 stainless steel. The 304 stainless steel ensure the long service time. It is equipped with EMERSON refrigerator. The capacity can reach 300L, 500L and 1000L.
The removable dough mixer has the industrial durable design, it is more convenient for the user. The mixer body is made of the 304 stainless steel. So it would not be rusty by the liquid material. The sealed mixer cover can prevent the splash of the liquid material. The SIEMENS PLC touch screen can set more than 10 mixing process, thus it can be used for both liquid material and flour material.
The hydraulic cylinder turning machine in the toast production line is used as the lifter machine to convey the mixed dough. The machine is made of the 304 stainless steel and equipped with the DER motor, SIEMENS control system and FORBO PU. It can bare the heavy weight.
The maximum output of the dough divider can reach 1600kg-3600kg. The high efficiency dough divider is important for the toast production line. The dividing range is 100-2000 grams. The machine can control is quite accurate. It can continuously produce the qualified dough.
When the dough go into the dough rounder machine, the dough would be shaped into the standard specification. The dough rounder has different model type. The dough rounding range is 30-2000g. The maximum output per hour 2000-12000pcs.
The next procedure is the intermediate proofer. It is the previous procedure of forming. The middle proofing makes the rounded dough forming is easy. It is suitable for high-capacity bread production line. It can shorten the dough forming time.
The toast moulder is also known as the dough forming machine. It can shape the dough into the many different types of bread productions, like the burger, toast, baguette and hot dog. The capacity ranges 2000-5000pcs/h.
According to the different proofing methods, there are two types of the proofing room, the sprial proofing and the automatic swing proofing. Depending on your actual output and layout, we will customized it for you.
The tunnel oven is 16 meters long and the effective width is 2.5 meters. The baking area is 45 square meters. It can really shorten the baking time. Within 10 minutes can finish the baking procedure.
The bread depanner can take off the whole plate toast at the same time. It can save the labor cost and it is more efficient. The bread depanner is made of the 304 steel. It installed with the JMC reducer, Pepperl + Fuchs sensor and FORBO PU belt. So you can trust its grasping ability. The latex nozzle attached to the blowing air pipe.The POM module conveyor length is 12 meters.
The spiral cooling tower is 0.6 meters wide and 250 meters long. The cooling procedure needs 40 minutes. For such a giant machine, you may worry the cleaning problem. It equipped with the automatic cleaning machine.
